Number One

I`ll make this first one short and sweet: I leave for France in two weeks. I`ll be living in the town of Château-Thierry -an hour (by train) north-east of Paris. Champagne Region. Need I say more? I`ll be working as an English Language Assistant in a high school until the end of April. For those of you who aren`t familiar with France, here`s a map:

Château-Thierry was built along the Marne River which is located outside the city of Amiens:

This part of France is truly beautiful. It's best known as the "Champagne Region" and has been famous for producing wines and champagnes for thousands of years. Come over for a visit and we`ll do a tour of the estates, caves, and vineyards.
